ADELAIDE TOURS

Delegates, their families and travelling partners will have the opportunity to experience various touring options pre, post and during their stay in Adelaide during the Conference. 

Experiences will be extended for 7 day prior and post the conference to allow for extending their stay in South Australia.  All Occasions have negotiated discounted rates on tours listed below exclusive to delegates and their families/partners (excluding Adelaide Oval Roof Climb). 

During the registration process, delegates will be provided with a link and preferred booking code which will take them to a live booking site giving the delegate live availability, ideal for international guests who are booking in a different time zone.  The delegate will need to provide a contact email and phone number and their accommodation details to secure a booking.  Full payment is due at the time of booking and all terms and conditions including cancellation penalties are advised. 

The registered delegate does not need to participate in the tour for their family/partner to benefit from the discount.

Tour options include the following;

 

All the above tours are public tours and do not require minimum numbers from the conference to operate.  Designated pick up and drop off points are located at various city centre hotels. 

Additional walking tours can be arranged including Museums, Art Gallery, cycling and market tours, either as a special group or with members of the general public.  If a specialised private tour or excursion is required, All Occasions can arrange 12 – 48 seater transport including bottled water and lunch packs – a minimum of 14 days notice is required for this service.
